You’re “pretty sure” it “probably” has done.
Very non committal, then again you and scep are trying to play at being politicians, so it’s to be expected.
Well I can guarentee it has effected everyone in the country, I just can’t specify how. If we never went to war then tax money would have been spent on other areas, road mantainance, hospitals, ect. If you use any service provided by the government then it would have been affected by this.
I’m not playing at being a politician, but I don’t see how that would be a negative thing if I was. If you don’t like our debate here, then don’t read it.
I wasn’t reading your debate, you bore the shyte out of me tbh . I noticed Pete had made a comment so decided to have a read as he is always to the point and often funny with it, but as usual you knew better. So wind your neck you aint the end all and be all of the boards.
Oh and for the record I don’t think the septics have effected my life either.
8 October, 2016 at 2:57 pm #1001704For anyone curious, google “previous allegations against Trump”. His history appears to be extremely similar to recent events here in the UK and his enormous wealth, has up to now, protected him from further forensic examination into his past.
Men like Saville was also protected by the establishment and the threat of legal action also stifled the ‘rumours’ against him when they first emerged in the 80’s.
Trumps ex wife accused him of physical and sexual violence, other unrelated accusations have been dismissed on the grounds of a “lack of evidence”.
Trump himself is finished in this race, but this saga is far from over. This Sundays Presidential debate is going to be ‘car crash’ TV, I wouldn’t usually bother with it, but can’t wait for this one.

You can’t debate sensibly with the likes of those you mention, they flippantly dismiss the conservative Huff Post as left wing and then produce random polls, with a tiny samples of 1,000, as irrefutable evidence. Or they pepper their posts with provocative language intended to attack other posters. That’s why I don’t bother.

I didn’t ‘flippantly dismiss’ Huffington Post, I responded to each of the points they made in the article that was presented. I’m not sure what poll you are talking about, I never referenced one. And I have never attacked anyone on here.

I haven’t used the NHS my car hasn’t been affected by potholes and tax money is already spent on the armed forces.. it hasn’t affected me one bit.. nothing changed and whoever gets in next time won’t affect me.. unless there’s a nuclear war i guess

For anyone curious, google “previous allegations against Clinton”. Her history appears to be extremely similar to recent events here in the UK and her enormous wealth, has up to now, protected her from further forensic examination into her past.
Men like Saville was also protected by the establishment and the threat of legal action also stifled the ‘rumours’ against him when they first emerged in the 80’s.
Clinton’s husband as been accused sexual violence, despite her campaign saying that rape victims should always be believed, she dismisses all of the claims made against Bill, she also accepts donations through the Clinton Foundation from Saudi princes, who certainly don’t value women’s rights. She has been found guility of lying to the FBI on multiple occasions but was dismissed on the grounds of a “forgetting proper protocol for classified documents due to hitting her head”.
Clinton herself is finished in this race, but this saga is far from over. This Sundays Presidential debate is going to be ‘car crash’ TV, I wouldn’t usually bother with it, but can’t wait for this one.
8 October, 2016 at 11:31 pm #1001748Reason, erm, I’m very interested in public affairs. That doesn’t make me a politican, wannabe or real. The two are different.
Pete, you seemed very interested in the EU business. If Trump gets in, then he says that Britain is first in line for a trade treaty. Obama says Britain is last in the line. Does this not concern you? Your standard of living depends on your place in the economy; that’s also true of your family; of mine too. Our economy is bound up with the world economy. American policy affects our economy decisively (when America sneezes, the world catches a cold). The same goes for our defence, both generally and against terrorist attacks.
Believe me, who runs America is as important to you and your family as it is to me and mine.
Drac, you can’t defend Trump by saying that he doesn’t offend you personally, or that the N-word doesn’t offend you pesonally. His attitudes and politics are deeply offensive to millions, not just Americans.
You also can’t defend him by pointing to the Clintons. They are neither of them very nice candidates. But Clinton is not a Mussolini strongman who will build walls tos top Mexicans coming in, etc, she’s not threatening to pull trade treaties apart or withdraw defence from international organisations, throwing the world economy much greater chaos than we’ve been seeing recently.
I really dislike Clinton, but she’s better than the obscene man who is her opponent.
I cna’t see how anyone can say either of them are finished. Clinton is definitely leading, but the race is tight and losing a segment of Christian voters as Trump is doing could prove decisive. The debate on Sunday is going to be more than a dirty one – it could prove decisive in choosing the leader of a country, and that will affect us all – even Pete.

I’m not defending him, I don’t even like the guy lol. I just deconstruct faulty arguments that are made against him. And the N word isn’t going to be offensive to me, i’m white (mostly).

I still think that Trump is the better candidate, Clintojn has been found guilty of actual crimes, unlike Trump. She also seems to want to start a war with Russia which is worrying, either over her email leak, or Syria.
9 October, 2016 at 12:52 am #1001758Scep, to put it bluntly, who the foook do you think you are telling people what is and isn’t important to them? You have no idea of what is and isn’t going on in peoples lives, personally I have far more to worry about than who the self proclaimed saviours of mankind are going to elect.
9 October, 2016 at 11:50 am #1001803er, yes, Reason….
drac, I’m not sure what Trump’s policies actually are. He shoots his mouth off a lot, but then withdraws what he says.
The guy reminds me of Mussolini – jaw thrust forward, hands gesticulating. Like Musso, he’s presenting himself as the strong man, the guy who can get things done, no-nonsense, the anti-elitist millionaire who’ll make everyone else millionaires too cos he’s smart enough not to pay tax, the guy who’ll make his country great again and get the trains to run on time.
