Clinton was forced on the defensive for most of the debate, and avoided most of the questions that were asked.

I think he managed to keep his base intact after the video release.Trump is an obscenity waiting to happen. He’s now losing and, as Pete says, is very likely to lose the poll in a month’s time.
This seems unfair in many ways, as Trump rightly says that others are much worse. John kennedy had an appalling way of treating women (Marilyn Monroe was only the most spectacular – he once said that he got a migraine if he didn’t have a woman every few hours, and he dikdn’t get many migraines). And of course ol’ Bill Clinton is a story all to himself.
It is unfair, but politics is like life – it is very unfair.
Trump may be defeated, but the anger and worry he represents isn’t going to go away. And we both agree that Clinton is awful, the symbol of everything that people like Trump and the socialist Bernie Sanders see in their different ways as their enemy.

Watching this glorified Punch and Judy show AKA the American Presidential race ,only one one thing has become clear and apparent to me, and that is both of them have more in common with each other than either of them do with the vast majority of their drooling supporters, a little bit like Punch and Judy themselves kicking ten tonnes of shit out of each other but sharing a common puppethood!
