You’re assuming they will play within the law…you know what they say about assumptions.
The law might be an a~rse but….occassionally, it does work to the benefit of the people, for the people….
I`m prepared for whateer move they make, its been covered, from door step to dock……….and back again :P

Deductions may be taken from your benefits if you fail to make the repayments once a county court judgement has been issued. They are made at the rate of 5% of the personal allowance for a single claimant aged 25 and above. The attachments of benefits will continue until the debt is discharged
He just never wants to pay for anything thinks he’s so hard done by…….and technically he doesn’t pay for anything the government do :roll:
These companys buy up debt so they can let the debtor off don’t ya know, makes sense :?
