    My dad smoked from the age of 14 and he is now 54 he gave up after my moms brother died aged 58 of lung cancer 3 months agoM my dad always said he would never give up as its his only pleasure he has (he dont drink etc) me and my sister have been on at him and now our kids are :lol: But loing my moms brother i think scared him into giving up but however he gave up i am so so proud of him but my mom also gave up but 18 years ago she smoked a ciggy and said thats it no more for me and it was her last. I am proud of anyone who can quit so well done Dawny and well done to Dis mom you should be so proud =D>

    i found that all i needed to give up smokin, was wanting to

    when ur told to give up by tv ads, docs etc, it make u think, f uck u, i will do wot i want, but its totally different when u want to give up, thats the secret in givin up, not all these patches an gums

    well done to ur mum Diane, thats brill to give up at that age
