You’ll have to imagine James Blunt singing it t0 get the full effect…….
The day the mountain disappeared, the eagles flew away,
flying for their lives as thousands of feet below…..the bison began to play,
When the weather corrodes the mountain, it ain’t an easy thing to do, it takes millions of years but then, the weather doesn’t have the same teeth as humans as which with to chew….
The point of my rhyme is that the weather has more time…..when were all past and gone…..(and some say its all gone Pete Tong) lol
The future sounds drastic……but hey there’s more problems than whether one just cuts down on the use of plastic…LMAO RATF PML
11 March, 2019 at 11:10 am #1113162I’ve never heard of James Blunt, so I gave him a listen on YouTube.
I thought he was horribly pretentious and musically boring, but I’m no longer a fan of rock and pop music, so I asked someone who is more in tune with today.
He told me I was right, and that James Hunt has become Cockney rhyming slang.
Sorry for offending his fans, but it’s an opinion

Windows tend to shut as you get older, after which we are doomed to listen to the same three bands until our dying days. I’m glad to say my windows are always open.

Sorry for the typo, but the point still holds.
You assume far too much.
I lost interest in rock music about 1980, not music. I still play about 3 bands, and the interest I developed in contemporary music (among other brands) is almost at a halt, but not because of age.
It’s to do with being HoH.
Now that can be age-related, but before you have a sardonic laugh, it wasn’t age-related with me.
And I am working hard at listening to music, you’ll be glad to hear
And James Blunt is still Cockney rhyming slang
