but before you install it (i can’t open it because im on XP) if there is any text about uninstalling drivers first DONT just install anyway post here and we can uninstall the old drivers first (this is important) sure you don’t want a wrecked PC. ill be back in 1/2 hourI have on my desktop, an icon which is Lexmark 3100 series all in one, which i downloaded and installed yesterday, my printer is a p3150 photo, but i can print stuff and i have managed to get pics from my memory card before, but i just cant do it a 2nd time. wen i 1st put my card in, it found the software and it was easy, but i have added photos on my phone since and my pc wont recognise the card now, im all confuddled lol
Ok your saying the drivers are OK, lets start at the printer open control panel >x2 (that’s click twice) on the printer icon you will see your printer in the page that opens right > on that icon > properties> ports and make sure USB virtual printer port button is on, and enable bidirectional support is on (next) >Advanced make sure all thees are on or ticked- always available, spool print docs, start printing immediately, print spooled docs first, enable advanced printing features if all are on or now on post back
