Griff, use this link http://imageshack.us/index2.php and browse for the pic on your comp, when you`ve found it, either double click on it or single click and open it, then click on `host it`. When the page refreshes you`ll see some lines of url`s etc, right click and copy the one that says hotlink for forum (1) then right click and paste it into your reply box on here.

Griff .. if you can see the pic after youve uploaded it .. just right click …go to > properties .. then right click and copy the URL
