I have 2 cats I’ve had for years (the oldest follows me everywhere)
I did have 2 slugs but they were asalted and died a painful death
I didn’t even get to inter them properly, just scraped the sludge off the kitchen floor and flushed them down the loo
3 kids ( not recommended as house pets)
    and the latest…
    O’Reilly, Ace of Spiders
He comes out every night about 7pm
I think he likes the theme tune to Emmerdale
He then runs backwards and forwards along the skirting board under the fire
He occasionally waves as hes running
which is quite funny because he falls over
    we even play games together
last night it was the glass trick
I chase him with a glass on my hands and knees
    I won last night
he spent the night under glass
this morning I’ve let him out to play in the garden
hopefully i won’t lose him in the long grass
hes probably sat at the back door now waiting to be let back in
    brb
    someones knocking……

    We have:
Two cats – both mad, one fat and lazy, the other a slim nutter.
Two Guinea Pigs – the most entertaining pets you can have.
Tropical Fish (at the last count with – 4 tetras, a red tailed shark, 2 ghost glass catfish, several danios, an angel fish, 2 mollys, an orange sucker that i don’t know the official name for and two little sludge worms who live in the bottom of the tank).
Assorted insects and bugs around the house.
    and
    Me!

I have a black cat called Ebony
does that make us witches

    I’ve also had

    a goldfish
a rabbit called Houdini who escaped one time too many and we found stiff in the shed
    a guinea pig called Basil
    and last but not least
Itchy, my white rat, who I loved with a passion and used to sit on my shoulder as I chatted in 40s and used to wrap her tail round my neck

When my children have left home I shall put some thought into getting some more pets

I shall become the ‘sad old spinster who lives in the corner house’ with a menagerie of animals
I fancy chickens, rats and a lapdog (no men need apply)
