Peter Stringfellow isn’t really dead Emma, i was making it up in some pseudo homage to Hunter S. Thompson and gonzo journalism and i deduce from what you have said that its ok to make fun out of him as he isn’t really dead, because i can see why making fun of another human being is worse when they are alive and can personally be affected by it than when they are dead and cannot (sarcasm intended).
Seriously though Peter Stringfellow is alive and well as is his mullet.
Emma has a well developed sense of humour …. as we all know by now, so your Thompsonesque parody was bound to be misunderstood Genie.
Emma – he’s lying … Peter Stringfellow really is dead. He died suddenly last night in one of his strip clubs from a broken neck ….. when his mullet got caught in the swing doors.
He was a marvellous and kind man and was well known for giving presents to total strangers that he met in internet chat rooms. RIP Mr Mullet.
(Now THAT is Thompsonesque !!!).
