Four firefighters have been repremanded for allegedly shining their torches at men engaged in sexual activity in the bushes at a well known beauty spot. the crew members were charged with bringing the force into disrepute and were suspended on full pay whilst a three month investigation was carried out. eventually two of the firemen were fined a thousand pounds each , one was demoted in rank and the fourth was given a written warning. All four of the firemen say they have been made scapegoats or the pc madness that is killing pride and honour in the emergency services The men in the bushes were watching as one of them pleasuring himself in front of three other men known as dogging to the pervy public. What were the firemen suposed to do…. what thinks you???

What were they supposed to do eh??? Well there were several things they could have done, (or rather should NOT have done):
They were returning to their base at Temple Fire Station at around 10.30pm. Their proper route took them absolutely nowhere near The Downs, Bristol – a well known local haunt for doggers and poofs. So they deliberately deviated from their route back to base, without any operational justification, and drove up onto The Downs to see what they could see.
So here’s the first thing they could do……… DON’T use fire engines for joy rides up on The Downs to perve at people having outdoor sex.
It seems that once they were up there, they drove around looking for couples etc and shining their torches and spotlights all over the place trying to find them. Apparently they ‘lit up’ four poofters shagging each other in a tawdry outdoor sex session and (it was alleged) yelled out insulting and abusive remarks towards them.
So here’s another thing they could do…….. DON’t go around in an effing great big fire engine shining torches and spotlights over the place trying to catch doggers and poofters having it off behind the bushes.
Better still DON’T shout homophobic advice at them and taunt them for being poofters etc – especially if you are in an effing great fire engine with Bristol Fire Brigade plastered all over it …..’ cos you’ll get reported, fined £1,000, and demoted.
Apart from this …. and as certain JustChat users know quite well ….. firemen aren’t exactly known for their shyness when it comes to a bit of illicit dogging eh???

Their punishment sounds a bit harsh for just shining their torches. Are you sure that was ALL they were doing?

Those who vote for the mainstream parties and those who do not vote at all have only themselves to blame for this kind of insane decision. The lunatics really have got control of the asylum.
Four firemen from Bristol have been fined and punished after disturbing a group of four homosexuals engaging in an act of gross indecency in a public place. The firemen – formerly members of Avon Fire Service’s Blue Watch at Avonmouth station in Bristol – stumbled upon the session near Circular Road on the Downs, in Bristol. One of the men contacted AIDS charity the Terrence Higgins Trust, who advised him to launch a formal complaint.
The firefighters were suspended on full pay during a three month investigation. Two were fined up to £1,000, one was demoted in rank and the other given a written warning. They have all been ordered to attend an equality course and the fines will be donated to the a nominated gay-rights charity.
One being mooted is the Jamaican Forum for Lesbians All-Sexuals and Gays (J-FLAG) although no final decision has been made.
The four man crew have also been transferred to other stations.
It is claimed one of the perverts had been pleasuring himself in front a group of three men when they were disturbed. He is now said to be “happy” at the outcome of the disciplinaries but will not face any police investigation into what he and the other men were doing in the area.
The firefighters were charged with bringing the service into disrepute and with the misuse of fire equipment as their actions were deemed homophobic.
They have been gagged by bosses and banned from talking – even with colleagues – about the incident, which happened at about 10.30pm on June 27th.One fireman said: “This is a complete farce. All four officers have been let down by their senior officers when they needed their support the most.
“They have been treated as the criminals in this case and it has been completely forgotten that they witnessed criminal activity occurring in a public place.”
Another firefighter said: “The service needs to take a long hard look at how it has dealt with these allegations.
“There a lot of firefighters in Avon who feel the four involved have been treated very unfairly so the service can be seen as being politically correct.”
The four, who do not want be named, will be forced to attend a two-day equality conference being held at Holland House Hotel, near St Mary Redcliffe Church next week.
Avon Fire and Rescue Service has invited delegates from around the world and firefighters from across the UK to attend the debate, entitled “Lesbians, Gays, Bi-sexuals and Transgender Equality in the Fire Service – an absolute taboo?”
The four perverts at the source of the complaint will face no criminal charges according to Avon and Somerset Police.
Time to make our voice heard
The fightback begins here for the four firemen who have been wrongly punished. Every reader who thinks this is political correctness gone too far should contact the Avon Fire and Rescue Service and demand the four men be reinstated, their fines quashed and all four to receive a public apology from the Force plus compensation for the humiliating ordeal they have endured. This kind of behaviour by those who are paid from the public purse will be challenged by the BNP and emphasises the importance of getting BNP councillors elected in every council across the country.
