I have sent an email to Jon Gaunt dont know if it’ll do any good but its worth a shot. We are getting ready for our trip to Downing Street even if it isnt for a while yet. is everyone still signing the petitions??
There are many influential colomnists you could email, Id go for one from every tabloid. Jeremy Clarkson would be a start. Then try the broadsheets too.
Have a look around the net for colomnists and copy the email to them all, you’ve nothing to lose.
3 February, 2008 at 7:41 pm #303933i’ve done so much lately, i think i’ll leave that for a bit so i can recharge my batteries for the next steps.

3 February, 2008 at 9:05 pm #303935Nick Ferrari is another one who’s outspoken on LBC at breakfast(london based), he’s Jon Gaunt’s rival. Cost’s nothing for an e-mail, but like you say you could prob do with a break for a while :D

6 February, 2008 at 10:22 pm #303937Contacted Jon Gaunt, but nothing back from him, so I think we’ll leave it for now because as I’ve said earlier, we are going down to London within the next couple of weeks. After that who knows what will happen. We will keep all of you posted. Any suggestions that you have got to help us would be greatly received. By the way, if you have been collecting signatures or downloading petitions, we are starting collecting them now, and the deadline is the 15th February. Once again from Nick and myself, thank you for all of your help, support and advice.

6 February, 2008 at 10:26 pm #303939Not long now, let us know how it all goes.
6 February, 2008 at 10:44 pm #303940ok will do. not sure obviously what the outcome will be, just hoping for some good news, thats all we can ask for.
7 February, 2008 at 9:52 pm #303941Just to remind you that we are writing a book, and if anyone would like to read some of the first chapter then we will be willing to put it on just chat for you. Also another reminder that petitions have got to be in by 15th February. When our campaign is over its going to be quite a come-down, so thats why we may be thinking of starting up our own organisation to help other people. We have some ideas of what to do, but not entirely 100% sure of where to start etc….. At the moment the main thing is to get to Downing Street and then take it from there. I know we haven’t been doing much on here, and all the excitement has died down, but the pressure is still on and we still need all the help we can get, so keep up the good work whatever you are doing.
