Its not looking very good for the next few years, but only on a financial level. I agree somewhat with Minim, if you have your health and good people around you be happy and bloody greatful and enjoy life.
Not worth crying over stuff you cannot change.
But I enjoy a debate and good conversation so will carry on regardless….
The crunch is basically the stupid banks and loan companies loaning people with no money cash of exceptionally high amounts. Payback time is here and they cant do it. We have seen a remarkable rise in debt claims at work, and they are not small debts or the usual customers.
People are losing their homes every day, not just council tenants unable to pay rent. People used to think owning their own home was a security blanket.
People should have warned them more about the dangers of re-mortgaging. We have been predictiing this for the last few years at work, and cannot quite believe how fast it is happening. 7 months into the year, already a huge % increase on debt claims.
Scary stuff.
Come back honeybee, you dont know how much we need you!
