I said Drivel!! it’s more a shame that she didn’t throw some of her millions at the orphanage so that ALL!!! of the children there would have a better life.What?? 5 mill or so,,,,,,,,,pocket change to her i’d suspect :roll:

Well she has already given 3 million to the cause – Which I don’t think is small change. Yes people can do more, but she IS doing something.
The kid’s fortunate to be adopted by Madonna, he’s going to live a life of privilege instead of a life of poverty and hardship. Madonna’s not the only celeb to adopt a kid from a poor country. Angelina Jolie did the same and so did Mia Farrow. Madonna said she intends to take the kid back regularly so that he can learn about his native culture and meet up with his father.
Surely If one less child is in the orphanage it can only be a good thing. Far too many children are unwanted. Madonna is a good mum to her own children so why shouldnt she give this little child a home. Good luck to her.

Ok say it was a publicity stunt which i doubt because from all accounts which i know are mainly media driven so may not be right Madonna is a good and loving mother and do you think as a mother she is going to use a child in this way. like many have said she doesnt parade her children in front of the media now so why do we assume this one will be different, shouldnt we just be greatful that not only has she given alot of money to the charity and the child family she has raised awareness.
And be honest do you really think this child is going to be beaten, starved , abused like many children are by their natural parents? NO! he will have alife away from such things and all the best to him, She has said he will be regularly visiting his family and learning about his roots, maybe the heartache to his family at losing this child will help many others and he may even grow up well educated,balanced and cared for and go back and work at improving the problems over there, wouldnt that be worth the adoption of one child like himself alone ?Yup you’re right Pol – the baby will have a life of utter luxury, surrounded by ‘carers’ and bodyguards. No expense will be spared on it. With luck its new ”Mummy” might even drop in for the odd half hour or so, in between press interviews, photo ops, and recording sessions – when she’s in the UK of course.
Quite a jump from the life it knew only last week. Still, most if not all of its little companions will be dead in a little while, so they won’t be too envious eh?
