Paddy goes to the doctor and tells him that he has a “Sore Ar se”, so the Doctor bends Paddy over and finds a wad of money up there!
“How Much was there?” asks Paddy.. “One thousand, nine hundred” the Doctor replies..
“That sounds about right”.. Paddy replies,.. “I knew i weren’t feeling too grand!”
