OPPOSITES ATTRACT,a poem for my lover/boss.

ID always been very wary of losing my heart
aggressive ,nagging women were out for a start
you see i couldnt stand commitment
all that buying cards and flowers
id rather just get on with the sex
and the occasional golden showers
i mean women were like a game to me
i was just going thru the motions
like the saying,plenty more fish in the sea
i sure swam a lot of oceans.
but i was getting older now,it was time to take stock
i had to think about my future instead of my chicken.
i didnt want to become the oldest swinger in town
but what else was there to do
i needed a new hobby
so i joined the just chat crew

i needed to settle down
i needed to find myself
but i didnt want to become like some old men in here(you know who you are)
planted firmly on the shelf.
so i studied all the women in here
i watched every lol,brb,hi and bye
and amongst the hundreds of hungry women in here
there was one that caught my eye

we didnt speak that much at first
mainly cos i was always banned
i needed to change my ways
if i was ever to hold her er hand
i knew it was love at first type,this feeling just wouldnt go away
i needed to be close to her,so i logged in every day
i became a lurker,a lonely little jerk
i had no interest in typing ,i was there to watch her at work
but did she realise how i felt,how i wanted to give her,,,,,,,,ahem
so i plucked up the courageand sent her a p.m
after many discussions deep into the night
she admitted she fancied me also,but it just wouldnt be right
the problem was she was admin,and i was just a mere chatter
i said look luv ,does it really matter
but ppl will talk she wailed
i said well so what it is a bloody chat site
after an agonising wait
she said ykow i think your right.

weve been going out a few weeks now
weve had walks in the park
i havent done the biz yet
but weve kissed after dark
so for all you no hopers out there
let me tell you a fact
dont worry what people say
cos opposites attract

i will pick a rose for my rose cos somehow i think she knows
