Saturday night my husband and I got in an argument over what I was wearing. Here is the situation and I’d really love to hear what you think. I am 5ft 9 and work out a lot so I have pretty toned up legs. My husband on the other hand is about an inch shorter than I am. I was going to wear something like this with some heals.
He got mad because I looked taller than he did and it made him self-conscious. Honestly, we’ve been married for 8 years now, don’t you think he would have gotten used to this? Should I just throw out my heals to make him feel better? I want to be sympathetic, but I’m having a hard time here. I really don’t want to have to wear flats the rest of my life. Thoughts?

He should feel proud of you when your all dressed up and everybody is looking at you. He gets to take you home afterall (if he behaves his little self that is :wink: ) :lol:
he is asking way to much AW,,I bet when he first me you he was attracted by your height,,ya obviously dont feel right wearing flatties and are made for heels,i wouldnt even ask his advice.is wear what YOU wanted to wear,,its HIS problem NOT yours.
its not like height is a status symbol anymore,like back in cavemen days. you Do what YOU want kid ! after 8 years he MUST realise your taller than his short wee erse ways ( chuckle)Why dont he have those things put in his shoes, gives you couple of extra inches, sorry i dont recall the name of them lol, also i think maybe he has small dog syndrome. You know those small little dogs that always bark and wanna pick a fight with ones 3 times the size of themself, he got it! lol.
Gofra do you mean like built up shoes?! They only come in singles though dont they for people with one leg longer than the other… omg Im laughing to myself here!!! :lol:
i’m 5/10……….over 6ft in my heels……..an if mr pats moaned about me standin out in a crowd i’d deck the coont. 8)
I am slightly shorter than my partner when I wear heals I edge over him about 2 1/2 inches, he aint bothered, he loves my height and he is secure in himself so has no problem with what others think.
Now I am going to agree with Anita here… small man syndrome! :lol:
What aw has forgot to say is, that with hair and heels she looks over 7 feet tall.
I just don’t understand why women have to colour their hair, pad their tits and ass and lie about there age.
Aw hubby was right to moan, making yourself look 7 foot tall was one step to far.
im only 5 foot 3 so yer all big moaning bastirds :)
Wear those heels with pride….and you get my approval as i love wearing shorts with heels when oot clubbing 8)
