Following several PM’s I’ve struggled my way through the last 7 pages of this thread and quite frankly I’m none the wiser.
I take DOA’s point that this mysterious user “Bencase” has been seen around other chatsites acting perfectly normally and not appearing or claiming to be mentally ill, and also the other comments that his convo in JC is somewhat less than salubrious.
Bottom line here is that if his comments in the chatrooms annoy you or in some strange way upset you …. USE THE EFFING IGNORE BUTTON.

IF a member of Staff is around and IF they witness convos that in their opinion breach the site rules then they will deal with the matter.

i am writing in answer too the chat on ben case i was on the room when the chat developed of course it was both ways some chatters took it too the extreme and wanted him dead and others just wanted him too behave sensibly but unfortunately ben does havea tendancy too use his illness for people too give him sympathy now in one of the replys it says there was a guide in the room while the chat went on yes i was in the room and felt both sides was being discussed ina normal manner apart from one or two who wanted too inflame the situation anyway i as aguide felt the chat went ok i didnt see areason too interfere till later and i took action if as ben case says he has bi polar i for one have sumpathy for him but using in the room isnet the best place too use it we are warned on entry too the roum never too tell anyone any personal info any way i was there did what i saw fit so if any blame is posted its too me maybe i was abit late in stepping in rob 48(chatguidehs)
It is common knowledge that large British companys have moved their helpdesks and telephone call centres to India to help save costs but it is only now that I realise Just Chat has done the same.

I used to like chatting here, still pop in from time to time but it pissed me off watching ChatGuides do nothing and claim there is nothing they can do…. Either do one of two things, Chatguides do your job instead of pretending you never saw it happen, even though you were chatting in the room at the time as another name (your usual one) or just take the fecking notice down that says you don’t tolerate abuse or whatever it says, false advertising. I’ve come across many people in this room who have gone to ChatGuides for help and have been let down, yes easy to say ‘just iggy’….ChatGuides stand down and get a ‘just iggy’ programme that tells us in red writing every 30 mins.
The whole setup is a pathetic farce and in the end the people in control of this room don’t give a shyte, you are just numbers to whathisface…Martin was it, someone thingamejig.
I’ve seen good chat moderators on other sites and yes you always get the crap coming on, that is part of the chatworld, but those other moderators had powers to stop the persistant ones, these Chatguides are a big joke, except I didn’t find it funny anymore and I just looked and saw hypocrisy.

Oh she’s been in chat recently Shaz it wasn’t a clone the day i saw her, but at the same time she as well as others may have been cloned sometimes, though i havent been in chat for a few days now so i have no idea what this is all about, but tbh i think the point is wether Bencase has a mental disorder or not is totally irrelevant and the bullying and ganging up that goes on in there is appalling alot of the time, and no one should say to anyone to take their own life thats just not cricket, whoever they are talking about.
