kim was a name that was given to both a boy and a girl in the primary school I went to

In the primary school I went to we were allowed to use our own names.

so why the need to use another name and obviously someone else’s picture?

I see you have another fan Terry

The first Kim was one of twins born a day after me – he and his brother Stephen were good friends of mine during our school years – sadly this Kim (male) died young

The other Kim female was in the year below mine but for a few years we both worked for the same company in Oxford and I gave her a lift to work – oddly enough she also had twin brothers though they were younger than her

It is always easy to poke fun out of others jen_jen but as the only thing you know about me is that I live in France and am married to Helen – could say more but in respect to Kim C

a good friend sadly missed I will say no more for now

I’m not sure what all that has to do with my comment but it’s always sad when someone dies young.

And yes it is easy to poke fun out of others isn’t it? But I don’t think I was poking fun at you, I was referring to this:

But is Terry the shortened form of Terence or Teresa?

    And now you add this:

And you’re having a go at me for making fun of you? Although I can’t see where I’m doing that…but hey, if it suits you to feel that way, knock yourself out.

Terry can answer for himself I’m sure but I think you’ll find his name really is Terry. Mine isn’t Jen though, and I doubt that yours is J.

to be honest – and I hate the abbreviation tbh – I come here to chat

I do not hide behind a nom de plume

Everything I say is from the heart – if that gives people room to comment do I really care – no

what you see is what you get with me – like it or not – if others have to use a name to chat behind and a picture to hide behind do I care – nahh that is their problem

    Okay J_in_France.

I come here to chat, I also value my personal safety and privacy so I use a nom de plume – that’s basic internet safety. If that means people think I’m using a nom de plume to hide for some other reason then they are very much mistaken.

I respect that jen_jen and if I knew your e-mail addy or any other details about you I would never divulge them to anyone through respecting your ability to post here – I may dislike you from what you say but I do have limits to how I would respond

Sadly some do not have the same respect and have posted our details online – but hey that is their life to live

Your personality seems to be your biggest limitation.
