I don’t know if the story is true or not, my initial response was that it probably isn’t. But insulting my intelligence will get you nowhere.

If you are using the word ” probably” instead of definitely describing the rantings of “Doris”  not being true then it’s not an insult, but a fact .

Here in Liverpool we have groups of people going around fining people who’s dogs mess up the parks etc. They are called the pooperazzi.
