There is a place for ‘lynch mob mentality’, however make sure it is the jury and make sure those found guilty are served proper justice instead of these ridiculous sentences handed down. I would fear for illegal lynch mob mentality, as it makes you no better than the perpetrator of the crime.
Lets just hope that one day our law courts will be given a freer hand to give sentences to reflect the crimes, and judges that live in the real world.

23 January, 2008 at 9:53 pm #304681I don’t. Democracy is incorrect, I hate democracy, I hate the free world.
If you’re a murderer, paedophile, burglar, rapist or a communist there should be one sentence and one sentence only, without a jury. Death by hanging.
24 January, 2008 at 2:42 am #304682Bring back the death penalty, 7 days to prove ya innocent, afterall if we kill off the harsh offenders we can make way for more imigrants, won’t that be nice?
Stick him in a room and let the dead guys family kick him to death……………..oh sweet justice.24 January, 2008 at 9:40 pm #304683Does it not make you wonder why people are always so ready to condemn one another so easily even when they do not have all the facts at hand?
24 January, 2008 at 9:48 pm #304684Is it truly right for us to bay for the blood of another for their transgressions? no matter how much you want it to it still will not undo what has come to pass, the past is set in stone after all

Sounds like this message forum. I term it message forum very loosely, chimps tea party 24/7 would be more apt.
