And he was convicted and sent to jail…. the fact he escaped is the fault of the guards attending him.

We may not have a perfect one, but we do have a justice system. Hang em high and fry them on an electric chair!!! That sounds like a cry from the dark ages to me. We don’t have capital punishment in this country for very sound reasons.

Yet you want to lynch them all….. and how many of the people mentioned in this thread do you know are actually inherently evil, and how many are a symptom of the society we live in, which you, incidentally, reflect more than adequately. You are from the same mould as those you wish to lynch.

Until it is 100% fulproof that they have the correct person for a crime, we should not bring capital punishment back in this country.

Look at the innocent parents jailed for killing their children. They would be prime candidates for a death sentance.

There are still far too many innocent people jailed its far to much of a risk.
