Wonder if anyone can help… Norton appears to be shutting me out of msn but Im not sure how I change the settings to allow it. Bit IT illiterate :wink: Can anyone please help me in REALLY basic terms.

o error code on msn is 80072efd.
go to ya firewall then the programs tab
look for msn and change it to permit all :P

there shud be like a globe thing in the bottom right corner …. by where ya clock is… just double click that and then click firewall… if its not by the clock then go to start – all progrAMS – norton internet security – then u will see the globe in the next menu
