TotNot sure there, here in America called, “Grave Yard Shifts.” Pay more, however, people absolutely hate them too. Use to sleeping nights. Hee….
Count down time…usually eager like you too! Hope my reliefs make in right time, so I can leave. The last hour seems forever to come. Unfortunately too because of my profession, when things start to move and get extreme before leave have to stay and follow thru. Can not drop it for next people when come in. Join with me and team following thru till actions completed…ugh…

So loved your sharing.My advantage is a Supervisor, so I can make slight changes reducing impacts to our team(s).
However so so agree, ugh.. upper management and reporting or reports can be so annoying in explaining to the upper management..As not involved at the time of incidents to reasons and how direction was made…
