    “As from 1st March 2017 drivers will face a £200 fine and six penalty points on their driving licence. Newly qualified drivers will lose theirs if caught.”
    I don’t like it when laws have different punishments for different groups of people.

    they all should be banned for at least 2 years and have to retake thier test but the advance one
