If a white person has the same qualifications as a non white, the employer HAS TO GIVE THE JOB TO THE NON WHITE.

Not that you’d let facts get in the way of a good story (and I think this is one of the most divisive laws Labour are trying to bring in) T
They don’t HAVE to give the job to a woman or ethnic minority (interestingly you chose “non white” when the term is ethnic minority which INCLUDES white non British- not that you’d let facts get in the way of a good story)- it is not about qualifications- it is about the overall interview
BUT, as someone who has recruited over 40 staff in the last two years, I don’t need a law to tell how to manage an interview- the best person for the job gets it- simple as
AS for carry on camping- more like carry on di/ck
The equality bill will, “allow companies to recruit more women or people from ethnic minorities by favouring them in job interviews over equally qualified white men“
If thats not anti-white racism, then what is?
If white men decided to take to the streets because of this, WHO could blame them?
