If Simon Cremer was not 100% about the theft he would not have frogmarched him down to the police station the way he did.

We had 2 incidents ourselves with shoplifters in this last week. Detained both in the shop whilst the police got here. The second one…Monday’s incident was a female. She continuosly tried to leave the shop and I physically restrained her again and again. Telling her I can touch her and I will touch her to restrain her, none of her crap will wash with me.

your legally entitled to hold them while the police arrive
but to take them agaist there will is illegal
    thats the facts of it
if he is innocent of any wrong doing why did he pay the compensation

Trust me they were both held against their will. You can keep them if they have commited a crime on your premises. It’s called citizens arrest although I didnt arrest them as such just made them stay lol….and the compensation was paid because of barmy rights laws. All of a sudden these people have feelings in times when the tables are turned, wonder if he stole with feeling?

Thin murderers get away on technicalities. We all know it happens and everyone knows the murder was commited by that person. I think we can imagine what the thiefs lawyer focused on througout the trial. Trying to get sympathy from the jury, as to how they would feel if it was their partner/brother/son bollocks.

theres the point he didnt get a trial
mr cremer was judge and jury
the police decided not to prosecute because the so called thief claimed he was owed the money
and given that mr cremer seems preety unbalanced and unreasonable
i tend to belive the so called thief as did the police

The police decided not to prosecute (just looked it up) because it becomes a civil matter, where the theif claimed he was owed money it was probably decided by the CPS it’s not in the public interest to prosecute due to cost. Which happens all the time. Doesn’t mean there was no crime.
(will handcuff you if you argue anymore  )
