Once again this year I have had requests for my Vodka Christmas Cake. Please copy and KEEP this year!

    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    Half a pound of butter
    1tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup of water
    1tsp salt
    2 cups of dried fruit
    4 large eggs
    1 cup of nuts
    1 Lemon
    4 cups of SR flour
    1 Bottle of Vodka

(lillyangel – substitute Vodka for a bottle of Brandy)

(Daisy substitute Vodka for a bottle of Southern Comfort)

(Irene substitute Vodka for a bottle of Baileys)

(Chess don’t bother it will dirty your new kitchen)

Sample cup of Vodka to check quality. Take a large bowl and a cup of Vodka, try the Vodka, turn on the mixer, beat the butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add the sugar, try a cup of Vodka to make sure it’s still ok. Try another, turn off the mixerer thingy, repeat.

Break 2 eeggs, chuck in the fried druit, pick the eeggs up off the floor. Try the Vodka, mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterer prise it loose with a drewscriver.

Sample the Vodka for tonsisity, next sift the jemon liuce and strain your nuts, add one table. Add whatever else is left …… it myght be on the floor?

Greash the oven turn the cake 360 degrees and try not to fall over.

    Enjoy!
