mine always call it the “chickens”
the twins were on phone to my mum when they had it at 3, “nanny we got the chickens”

:lol: My son got it when he was three, called it “chicken spots” Soaking in the Aveeno oatmeal baths seemed to help him the most, he scratched terribly.
My four year old hasnt had it yet :roll: I’m sure her day will come.
