not sure if you remember the hell i went throught tryna get a job
I finally got job at Sainsbury over Christmas and New Year
I am fecked for being kept on cos store policy allows you 1 absence in 6 months and on return warn you about further absences
i have had 2 absences in 1 week due to internal ear infection … not my fault ( i did however get antibiotics to kill it off)
i was told that a sickline or doctor’s letter won’t help my case
it went against my chances of being kept on this year so i have to reapply later this year for trial over Christmas 2006
it takes me 2 years to get in cos their last Personell Manager lost 4 CVs, 3 applications and 2 cover letters
and when i finally get in, i get ear infectionall shifts are 9am to 6pm
Dec 23rd – home at 11am not feeling well
Dec 24th – home at 4pm not feeling well
Dec 26th – home at 330pm not feeling well
Dec 31st – Completed shift
Jan 2nd – Completed shift
Jan 7th – last part-time shiftits not fair, my pal Mark has only been tryin 4 month and he is being kept on
i have been tryin 2 yrs and i have got afucking filenote against my chanceseven tho store policy is to warn ppl who are absent even if not their fault tho my support worker may try to convince personnel manager to keep me on
Net Pay – £182.91
