Muslims and working life.

As I have said before Racism will NOT BE TOLERATED. If muslims are tired during Ramadan, it’s not their fault but their religion. If they are working harder due to fasting, we must ensure they are paid more as it’s only fair. Would you expect someone ill to work for the same pay NO YOU WOULDNT.  Why not put alarm clocks in the cranes so if they do fall asleep they are woken up if they are set to go off every 15 minutes for eg just incase. Racism must be stopped at all costs and even if lives are endangered , it’s a small price to pay for equality and tolerance. People worried about death if a muslim causes it with tiredness are not only selfish IMO but racist and this is what we need to stamp out making sure ALL RACES ARE TREATED EQUALLY.

So agree…
Possible solution:
ability to find a common ground for all of the good of employees, in which the employer can balance actions taken/provided being more productive rather than less productive using both genders in the mix rather than find excuses, or personal reasons ….which then create disharmony… in a work place.

Humans are considered unique. Regardless of race, religion, sex preference, gay’s rights, human rights, political afiliations, and all over challenges humans go through society today and daily, philosophers and scientists always have proposed if we did not have this interaction in life and society, life would simply be boring….

So for many of us, and you, we seek and demand justice in which unfairness is often seen. Speaking minds, using voices, we stand and fight
For fairness and equality for all…… and that in it self and for others life we stand by, certainly is not boring, we keep busy and fight.
