:evil: i have 505 songs in my music library. sometimes when i play i notice loads of songs going *orange*…….an i either cant find em..or they disapear…..WHY!!!!! how can i stop this happening? anyone?

Right click on them and then click on error and it should bring up a box that you can browse to where the original files are.Click on there to find the pathway or something like that :lol: Heck if i can remember ya know me pats :? :oops: follow the prompts :lol: :lol: :wink:

Your problem is that u add the records to media player from the file where u downloaded them to and then after u have done that u move them to another file so media player cant find the original source to play them (hence why they go orange). If u moved them to another file “first” before adding them to media player the problem should be solved… :wink:

So im doing the right thing but in the wrong order :lol: :lol: so if i put mine in my music file then tranfer to media player i will have no more orange titles either. Wooohoo im nearly technical thanx
x x xi play all mine through itunes, even though i no longer download from there, it just seems to find the new ones ive added without all the hassle you appear to be getting pats…
i never use windows media, perhaps thats why, i dont know!!
