Just for a WIDER scope Wordreference.com describes Intolerance as this :
impatience with annoyances; “his intolerance of interruptions”
unwillingness to recognize and respect differences in opinions or beliefs
Nowhere does it mention facism, so its just one opinion in one dictionary, you really need to cross-reference these words with other dictionaries, thats what having an opinion is all about, try it, and put links to the references you mention too, it would help have a more un-biased opinion of these words. Going by one dictionary when using such words is not a complete cross-reference or an un-biased opinion.

Emma you said you could prove it, yet again, you can’t unless you ask me questions, therefore next time you say you can prove it to someone, make sure you at least can back up your claims!!
Ok, lets go about it another way.
Ive asked you questions, would you answer them for the sake of debate?

So which definition are you, fascist, rascist or nazi?
We are all of those things.
So you are admitting that you are fascist, rasict and a nazi then, and theres no *we*, you don’t have the right to speak for me or anyone else unless they give you their permission.
Would you like me to prove you are a racist, nazi and fascist?
I dont think you’ll reply with the word yes.
I’m still waiting for you to prove that I am a racist, nazi and fascist, if you can’t prove it then say so. But don’t come back to me with questions, and don’t use the word debate, because I can only debate with you when you have proved it. I have proved you don’t know my views and opinions, and you don’t know other peoples view’s and opinions, unless you ask them questions, therefore, you cannot state that everyone is racist, nazi or fascist. Your statement is void.

If you answer my questions, i can prove what im suggesting.
Care to take part? I promise not to make you look bad by being nazi and racist. The proof im stating to do with being nazi and racist, is normal everyday life.
19 June, 2006 at 3:47 pm #222790It doesn’t even enter your mind that suggesting to other people they are fascist, rascist or nazi may offend them, when indeed, such as I, already know exactly what I am, therefore I do not have to prove myself to anyone, least of all you. What you simply fail to grasp is, that one opinion in one dictionary, does not constitute the whole of the population, nor does it mean that everyone thinks the same way as you. The words you choose to soundbite from the OED are extreme, and certainly do not represent every single living human being which is just what you are suggesting.
19 June, 2006 at 4:02 pm #222791Sometimes , very rarely Emma what you say makes a little bit of sense
However now you are totally in the realms of deep shyte .
Trying to portray ordinary citizens – with probably no deepset beliefs – as being NAZI AND RACIST – trying to group them with BNP thugs is totally intolerable
To take a dictionary definition and post literal analogies relating to only part of the definitions is beyond belief
Take the OED definition of RADISH – plant with fleshy pungent roots often eaten raw as relish in salads
Emma’s general definition of a radish “CARROT”

Your offended because you believe in the ability of groups of people with a common feature? How is that a bad thing???
I dont care your offended when your intolerant of someone. Dont be intolerant in that case. What you simply fail to grasp is, that one opinion in one dictionary, does not constitute the whole of the population
So the English language is not represented by the description of words in the OED? :D
The words you choose to soundbite from the OED are extreme
Everything you say is extreme.
certainly do not represent every single living human being which is just what you are suggesting.
Your suggesting that i am not allowed to use the OED’s word descriptions to describe someone…grow up.
You seem scared of being proven your a nazi, why is that, didnt you think you were? Its not so bad.

Where exactly did I say I was offended, I said other people may be offended.

The OED is not the bible and there are other dictionaries that describe the words differently, I have already asked you in a post further back to make those comparisons, which you have failed to do.
The words you choose to soundbite from the OED are extreme
Everything you say is extreme.
No Emma everything I say is not extreme, if I were to be extreme I would choose different words than the ones you use.
certainly do not represent every single living human being which is just what you are suggesting.
Your suggesting that i am not allowed to use the OED’s word descriptions to describe someone…grow up.
Telling someone to grow up generally means you cannot debate properly, even though I haven’t entered into a debate with you.You seem scared of being proven your a nazi, why is that, didnt you think you were? Its not so bad.
I am not and never will be a nazi, and the reason I know this is because I know the TRUE definition of a nazi, and that my dear is not me.

Im NOT doing that.

The OED says:

Nazis) 1 historical a member of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. 2 derogatory a person with extreme racist or authoritarian views.racism • noun 1 the belief that there are characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to each race. 2 discrimination against or antagonism towards other races.
