    I’m having problems with msn..

Whilst in MSN, i kept receiving links from a certain someone.. I had a go at them, asking them to stop.. They were constantly signing in, and out, and sending these links..

Today, apparantly, i had signed in and out of my account a few times, and sent the same links (That i was receiving) to others in my Contact List.. Is anyone else having the same problem? I know for a fact that it weren’t me, 1.. Because i didn’t send the link. And 2.. I weren’t online either at the time the link was sent..

Thats an old virus thats been doing the rounds its been around for months. As long as you don’t open a link I think you avoid catching it.

WooHoo this is a virus and will eventually pass it on to all your contacts in your MSN and then slow your pc down. The best way to deal with this is to change your password in your MSN also check that your antivrus is working ok and then scan your pc (which will take about 30 mins)

Thanks Mel, and Fi.. I have been getting MSGS whilst in MSN too saying that i am signed into my account on another computer, it then shuts me down, so is someone actually activating my account, or is that just a virus?

WooHoo if you are getting that you are signed on at another pc this is a virus. Just set your scan going which will take at least 30 mins + then change your password in your MSN this will stop the problem.
You could do a system restore if you know when you picked the virus up. But you will be ok if you change your password and do a scan
