Can’t find a mpeg specific splitter that’s freeware but have found a file
splittter that is.

Dave it’s well know that Boilsofts avi/mpeg media splitter is by far the best prog for splitting media files, http://www.boilsoft.com/videosplitter/. You can download the prog and serials/license keys from the links below. To download Boilsofts AVI/MPEG splitter, right click on the links below and select ‘save target as’.
super none of those 3 links work – each is page cannot be displayed
I downloaded the ten day trial version – and each time i try it i get a failed to split message half way through grrrrrrrrrrrr
