Depends what`s considered `doubtful sources`, that`s what other forums are for…….finding out the general opinion of other users of download progs. I use Limewire Pro, haven`t had any bad files in all the time I`ve been using it.
11 July, 2005 at 5:17 pm #126059never had any problems with soul seek, thats why i use that, and that only
11 July, 2005 at 8:24 pm #126060Thanks all, we went through Lime Wire and got it sorted. Since been inundated with loads of different sites, including:
http://www.tescodownloads.com!
Guess they must be pretty safe.
He is now happily listening to all his music and I have peace and quiet at last, well apart from the tinny echo you can here from his ear phones! lol

Trojans can be encapsulated into the id3 tags of mp3 files.
Alot of ppl on here that use P2P software to download music scan the music file with the AV clients and get a negative result. If they were to scan the same music files using TDS-3 they’d be in for a shock.
