    Well.. Marvellous Marvin was one of Motown’s crown jewels, and although some of the artists did wander to different record companies / producers etc, there was still a “Motownesque” spine to all their music in my opinion.

    So.. umm.. yes, I would class your tune as Motown in many respects.
