As you said – reports said but that does not mean it was to be trained by El Q

I went to Oxford – that was every day to work

I would disagree that ‘all’ killers have a motive because I think that in some circumstances people do something without realising the consequences but another person may end up dead .

When I first posted this thread it was because I was moved by the murder of a little girl….the fact she was Jewish was of no importance she could have been any nationality or religious persuasion I would have felt the same.

All we can do when we hear of these terrible things is react and form opinions based on our own life experiences… looking at the little girl and knowing the way she died hit a nerve with me….. she was a pretty little blonde girl… just like my daughter at her age.

Children die in terrible circumstances all over the world everyday and that’s a fact… I have no control over it and its awful…. I focused on this one little girl…why should I be labelled as racist or a hypocrite because I have feelings and chose to share them here?

A little girl I could identify with touched my heart… very simple…there are no political racial or religious hidden statements, I’m still relieved the man who did this is dead… he chose his own destiny.. I just wish the little girl and others he murdered could have chosen theirs.

I am referrng to killers who are murderers, which this thread is about, not killers who are not murderers.

In England, murder has to have two components present, Mens Rea and Actus Reus. The former is the mental thought to commit murder, the latter is the act itself.

Killers who are not murderers are considered to be guilty of manslaughter. Actus Reus is present but not Mens Rea.

I thought this thread. given its title. was about Mohamed Merah and what he did was done in France, so English law would not be applicable

France also splits killing into murder and manslaughter categories.

The thread is about Mohamed Merah not about the law in England or France

and off you went with some disgusting thoughts about children

thin I have never said you are a kiddy fiddler as you chose to put it but if you are content to say you have never before been accused of being such then I will keep quiet

J in France I have always defended you….you usually see through the waffle here and are very fair minded…. however I object to the present attempted character assassination of thin…. this sort of accusation is damaging even if retracted and I can understand thin being furious at it being directed at him.

I truly thought your first post on this was a misunderstanding…. this second one is out of order and I think Martin should delete it.

He should be banned as well. Others have been banned for less.
