Mohamed Merah is dead…. good say I!!!!
Any man who can cooly hold a little girl by the ponytail while he throws away a gun that has jammed and replace it with another to shoot her at point blank range deserves death.
Don’t start telling me about kids who have died in wars…this man was pure evil… in my opinion anyway….. only problem of course is he is now a martyr… …. pure evil cannot go unpunished though and I’m glad he is dead.

22 March, 2012 at 6:56 pm #490844I don’t agree with what he did but he’s not the only one to have killed a little girl just because he can.

The soldier got off scot free. Now perhaps you can understand why Merah did what he did.
22 March, 2012 at 8:04 pm #490845No I don’t understand not in the least… firstly two wrongs do not make a right… secondly the little girl Merah killed was going to school. She had not strayed into a high security area, she was simply going to school … the man who killed her did so in cold blood,,, he was not a soldier in a war zone.
Dreadful things happen all over the world .. terrible things… but if we all believed in an eye for an eye without sounding flippant the whole world would be blind. I have no sympathy whatsoever for the man who did this and to be honest I find it incredible that some people do.
22 March, 2012 at 8:28 pm #490846Bring back capital punishment..hang child killers..rapists..if the elected government wont do it, take it into your own hands..anarchy rules…oh hang on, america (our greatest ally) ?? does all that..doesnt stop the crime though does it?. Stop the blame culture and take responsibility for your actions. Does anything really work? Throughout time there have been these crimes and there always will be. Personally i think they all need a bit of lead between their eyes..

Actually Duke, I don’t agree with capital punishment… but I must admit I saw red in this case… maybe its because my daughter has long blonde hair…. just like the little girl who was shot …and I remember putting it in a ponytail everyday for school..
22 March, 2012 at 10:02 pm #490848Well MrsT, you let your mothering instinct rule. Dont get me wrong, i abhor crimes of this nature, but they have always been there in society. people just use different reasons to cover the sickness in their heads. There is no justification for his actions other than a response to actions elsewhere in the world. There is a heirarchy in every animal society, and they all include rules..of whatever kind. If those rules are broken there is a swift and often severe punishment to stop it from occuring again. Quite simple in theory, but it doesnt stop the crimes .

Oh dear! What a hypocrite you are! Or are you just a plain racist?
You condemn the killing of one little girl with Jewish background who happens to be living in France and then justify the killing of another little girl who is Arab and living in Palestine.
You say you don’t believe in an “eye for an eye?” Well you do. Merah killed a little girl so you are happy he is dead. Isn’t that an “eye for an eye?”
Merah killed because he had the means and the will to do it. The soldier that killed the little girl in Palestine killed her because he had the will and the means to do so as well.
Both are murderers, whatever the situation.
You really have a very perverse way of looking at things.
22 March, 2012 at 11:18 pm #490850Three young Jewish children shot dead as well as the father of two of them, three french people killed, an unarmed American teenager killed by police in Florida, 10 people killed in an attack on a bus in Syria.
Thousands die each day all over the world. In some cases it is due to circumstances as above but many die to infected water supplies, treatable medical conditions or simple malnourishment.
Yes I believe it is a good thing Merah is no longer able to kill others as that appeared to be his soul purpose once he had started but let us try not to focus just on the extremes we hear in the news but of the day to day deaths that occur in other countries
