I’ve never had a body like those guys, even when I worked out at the gym 3 times a week and went swimming. It takes bloody hard work to get a body like that, but a lot of it is down to genes too. I did about 400 sit-ups a week for 6 months and still couldn’t get a six pack, but I did get my 33 waist back down to 30, but that was about 3 years ago and I’m back to a 32 waist again.
I didn’t like doing too many bench presses as I didn’t want to end up needing a bra.
I found weight training mind-numbingly boring. My attention was usually on women who were there in skimpy shorts. If a nice looking lass would pass by me when I was doing bench presses……..I’d start counting out loud……………” 97, 98, 99, 100″……..then I’d act like I was totally knackered and out of breath, even though I’d really only done about 15 before they came walking by.
I know, that’s really sad ain’t it?
