    Been having a nightmare with this for the past 2 days.

    i forgot my password, tried to create new one, keeps coming up with ERR CODE.

    SO……..uninstall…reinstall… didnt work, SO……. system restore to a date when all was well, didnt work. :cry: have tried every help topic known to man. still nothing!

    SO,….. uninstall again, and reinstall again. still cant get in. :evil:

    what i want to do is……. create a whole new address with new password
    but it keeps loading back up with my old details on it.

    have also tried live feedback, it says….. fook off there’s no one here to help you. :evil:

    to sum up……. i have uninstalled it once again. and i am now going to forget about it.
    not wasting any more time on it.

    its really simple to create a new email address with password to use with messenger GM. See chess for any advice u might need :)

    Nice one sugar …. well at least she hasn’t telephoned the PB Technical Advice line for help on this. We don’t do Messenger.

    I did sucessfully create a new addy and password for msn …… it just took TWO full evenings out of Sugars life to help me by providing step by step instuctions (and an entire bottle of valium 10mg taken at hourly intervals) :oops:

    Hi I’m presuming you are using windows live messenger, I myself hate the bloody thing, always playing up, booting out, problems on sign in ect. I have always used ‘aMSN’, it’s an msn clone and in all the time I have used it, I have never experienced any problems with it.
    Anyway to get a new hotmail/msn account go HERE
    To download ‘aMSN’ go HERE
    It’s worth a try and never gave me any problems, hope this helps.

    all ye of little faith , GM had a personal consultation this afternoon and went away with her instructions . She was last seen celebrating the return of messenger in forum three at around 4pm !

    chess was an entirely different matter and i still have the scars !!
