It was scored just after half time and I missed it cos I was still downstairs paying for my pie grrrrrrr. Won that game four nil and if I remember this Tony Currie goal went on to become goal of the season.
Unfortunately Southampton knocked Leeds out of the league cup semi-final in the same season. Another game I will never forget.

i used to go to Ibrox til 1998..I still re-watch my old vids and games i recorded, don’t watch the fitba much now hense why stay away fae the sport threads espeically fitba, as when i used to go to the games, i hated ‘ armchair ‘ supporters whom talked the game but never went lol . these are one my fav moments of fitba back then… the Legend…
