9 September, 2007 at 12:45 pm #286781mans blind indifference.
To all those that have heaped further misery onto a couple that have just lost a child
i truly wish for the rest of your lives you are plagued by 3 a.m thoughts .
those that have laughed and joked about bodies being brought back in a suitcase
i wish you all the worst9 September, 2007 at 1:01 pm #286782@r.O.T.T wrote:

i wish you all the worstDid you mean Mcanns blind indifference? Because it seems they pretty much started that in connection with this particular happenstance lol
And why you you cling to the hope indifference is blind? Its moreoften than not a deliberated and considered indifference quite unnavoidably applied rather than some unknowing unrealised action
But the nuances and nonsense of the phrase aside, people wanting the murderers of this girl to be investigated and charged EVEN if its the parents is far from “indifference”, whereas wanting them to be above suspicion even if they are responsible is the closest thing to indifference being displayed on this topic by far

Should be a laugh and a half…..
Also, R.O.T.T. – I think it’s quite funny that you’re being critical of those who make light of a bad situation and how we’re heaping further misery on the poor McCann’s (though I reckon they’ve got bigger fish to fry) but then turn round and wish bad fortune.
How dare you be so callous? Or are you just a hypocrit?
9 September, 2007 at 2:42 pm #286786CAR BOOT EVIDENCE ‘FLAWED’
IF MADDIE’S decomposing body had been put in the boot of a hire car three weeks after her death, it would have been RIDDLED with DNA, a forensic expert said yesterday.Only a minuscule trace was found—as well as a “death smell” detected by a specially trained dog that could have been transferred from Kate McCann’s clothes.
The GP frequently came into contact with dead bodies. It could have even come from the uniforms of cops examining the car.
Scientist Dr Alistair Irvine, a former police expert, said: “If the body was put in the car after decomposing for three weeks, there would be an awful lot of DNA present.
“Putrefying corpses secrete a lot of fluids from every orifice and this can contain much blood. So I would expect a lot of DNA to be present, not just a little.”
Of the odour picked up by English springer spaniel Eddie, he said: “It is more than possible that Kate could have transferred this smell from her work clothes in the UK to the Algarve.
So, enough of the speculation. This is the EXPERTS opinion.
9 September, 2007 at 3:04 pm #286787So the experts say that it ‘Could have transferred’? I’m no expert, but doesn’t that also indicate that it may not have transferred from her work clothes?
Sounds a bit speculative to me.
