in all fairness cas and im not commenting on this thread an awful lot because i have an opinion that would probably make alot of people cry, but in their defence it is their opinion, if they see prostitutes as criminals and people who have no self respect and want to seel their services to people to support a drinking habit or a drug habit or even god forbid a child!
then they are entitled to that opinion
just because you dont agree, dosnt give you the right to tell them to post elsewhere! if that where the case
then maybe you wold feel more comfortable posting somewhere that isnt a FORUMIt’s the old old story isn’t it? Do you ‘blame’ the prostitute for selling sex or do you blame the ‘customer’ for creating the demand by buying it?
My theory is that it isn’t the prostitute’s fault that there is a need for their services – it is the fault of ‘non-prostitutes’ or ordinary women – amateurs if you prefer.
If women in general put it about a bit more more and were prepared to have a quick bang, no questions asked, then the need for prostitutes would diminish to the point where they wouldn’t have any customers. The laws of supply and demand would operate – take away the demand and the supply dries up (metaphorically speaking of course).
The fact is that if a bloke feels like a shag or a BJ after a night out on the beer and a curry to top it off with …. what options are open to him?
Approaching an ‘amateur’ in the queue for a curry or whatever and suggesting a quickie in the back of the car, or behind the local bus shelter, would possibly be met with some form of rejection.
So can he do?? He pops round to his local red light district and there before his eyes, ready and waiting just for him, is a whole selection of georgeous females ready and willing to fulfil his needs.
No questions asked, just bung us a fiver (or whatever the current going rate is), then all he has to do is perform the three ”W’s” (whip it in, whip it out, and wipe it). Can’t say fairer than that now, can you?
So come on amateurs, sort yourselves out and put it about a bit more OK? Remember, the scourge of prostitution on our streets is all YOUR fault.

Sure Mary, but that argument can cut both ways – if you remove all women etc etc.
But this is in reality never going to happen whereas – and back to the theme – if women were more relaxed and permissive about casual sex, men wouldn’t need prostitutes. This is the reason that they (prostitutes) can make a living out of selling sex.

how do you know what sort of death they had anyway? no details have been released. As far as your statement ‘they were going to die anyway’ is concerned then we all are, if you mean by their own hands (drugs etc) then that isnt necessarily true either, some of them may have managed to escape the addictions people do every day.
as far as the comment goes ‘good 5 less prostitutes to disease our streets’ goes, of course you are entitled to your opinion and this is after all a free country….but…..these young women had just got themselves in trouble and addicted to drugs, and I think the point cas was trying to make Nxt was that they were human beings and an awful lot of people are almost ‘shell shocked’ by this story. that could have soemthing to do with the fact that 5 murders took place in less than a month and that the victims were like any other young woman they didnt have a stamp across their forehead shouting out ‘unclean’ they were just ordinary young women trying to live their lives and get money for their addictions the best way they could. At least they aren’t robbing peoples houses and killing old ladies

I think the only person(s) at fault are the drug manufacturers for ruining these girls lives just like millions of others. If it wasnt for the addiction they wouldnt be selling their body on the street like they were because licenced premesis ie massage parlours wont accept them working there so they have little choice.
If you look at it this way the drug manufacturers should be done for mass murder and the ripper or whatever ppl are calling him should be done 4 accessory.
