Yet another high profile exit and yet another ‘Did he jump or was he pushed?’ scenario as we have two sides to the story.
I think the decision was inevitable, either way. But looking at the Spurs team, there’s some quality players there so why the poor results all of a sudden?
Now it looks like they could be managerless until the summer, depending on what you believe. What’s going on this season? They’re dropping like flies!

Anyone else fancy Jose as a long shot for the Spurs job? That would be interesting!

Jose is being tipped to take over AC MILAN
26 October, 2007 at 1:09 pm #292133The Seville boss is who Spurs are going for.
26 October, 2007 at 1:15 pm #292134Looks that way but reports are a bit up in the air. From what I understand, the club understandably don’t want to let him go and he would rather improve his english before he looks to go elsewhere anyway. On the other hand, he’s set to leave Seville today.
Spurs are in a pretty vulnerable position right now as I haven’t heard of any other confirmed targets. I’m surprised Jose hasn’t been mentioned as he seems to have been linked with everyone else!
