A company runs a Time Management course which it charges for. At the end of the first course the company’s total takings were 3,895. There were more than 45 people on the course, but less than 100. Each person paid the same amount in full cash only. How many people went on the course and how much did the course cost?

By the way…this is no answer to this puzzle but as for time management…..i’m managing my time to get to the quiz tonight at 9 pm. I’m sure it will be as awesome as ever. (U.K time that is)

    76 people paid 51.25 each

    (76 x 51.25 = 3895)

W.T.G drac I must point out that there are different meanings to full cash. So i’ll explain why drac is right in this case.  I refer to full cash here as in the fact that every one paid cash( as in notes and coins) but it’s a reasonable sum in monetary value cash wise. I mean, if one went some where like a shop and paid 51.25…..i’m sure it would be accepted. Some quiz questions to do with money calculations would apply only in a quiz sense and not in the real world.
