Several dead, 43 injured….a terrible accident.

R.I.P.I saw this on the news late last night as it was happening. It is so tragic… Can’t help wondering if the firework display alongside the motorway at the rugby club provided a distraction to the drivers?
The news crews at the scene this morning are unable to zoom in on the crash site as victims are still in their vehicles apparently and they have no idea how many perished because it was an inferno.
RIP those souls taken, and God love their relatives who must be in their own personal hell at the moment.
The police are saying it’s too early to say what caused the accident, something they usually say when they’re still analysing the crash scene which is obviously going to take some time here. Several eyewitness reports seem to suggest that it was during torrential rain and it started with 1, maybe 2, lorries jack-knifing though. I’ve witnessed this happening to a large lorry that was in front of me on the M25 once and it’s terrifying to watch.
