MIZZY, i thought this threat is  suppose to be made by the suppoed… MAG who is obv the fake MAG, made this thread, how can i find the person who made a thread?

I’m not sure why it was removed but there was no humour intended. That was my exercise regime which I have implemented for years and hopefully others can follow in my footsteps with weight loss muscle building etc. I was bullied at school for being geeky looking etc so started an intense programme of training and very much doubt whether anyone would dare these days. If anyone is interested , I will repost my workout programme to encourage those who may feel overawed with it as its hard getting started.
