Yes i know its another maddie thread but if like me you have seen the new photo of the child that realy does resemble the little girl could it be her ? :shock:
Yes I saw that picture this morning in he papers. The image of her is really blurred and to my (very cynical eye) seems to be out of context with the picture.
It is far too easy to ‘photoshop’ pictures these days to fake them. You have to remember that there is an enormous sum of money on offer as a reward for any information leading to the successful recovery of Maddie.
Whilst this CAN motivate people to look for her …. it can also equally motivate people to fake stuff just in case they get lucky and get some money.
My prediction: It will come to nothing (as usual) just like the ”definite” sighting of her in Malta and the ”absolutely certain” sighting of her in a cafe in Belgium and so on and so on.
Meanwhile the McCann spin machine pumps out press release after press release to try to ‘repair’ their public image.
The world has countless millions of little girls that will look “like” maddie
But two things that do spring to mind
1) The pic is hardly a secretly snapped one, so do you REALLY think that with all the media attention someone who has her would so blatantly pose for piccies? lol
and
2) IF the “snapper” was SOOOOO sure why not follow her to where they were staying and (as most people have cell phones now) inform the authorities along the way so they could intercept?
To me this kind of dross has more of the form of people finding a photo that “looks” like a UFO, ghost or elvis is in it when they are looking through the blurred remnants of holiday snapping
I’ve seen a potato that looked like prince charles too, but I didnt for one second think it WAS prince charles (or was it a mr potato head toy? as both of those look like the jug eared bumbling idiotic inbred kraut anyway lol)
I have to agree with uber on this one. It may look a bit like her but that proves nothing, I was told at work that I look like Yossi Benayoun who plays for Liverpool but that doesn’t mean that I am Yossi Benayoun who plays for Liverpool (he’s a weird looking fecker anyway)
if there is a chance its maddie then why are they broadcasting it before they have fully checked it , lets suppose it is, then wouldnt that be dangerous for her? i.e the kidnappers may panic etc?
I wonder whether “wheres maddie” books will ever outsell “wheres waldo” ones :lol:

my son spent many happy hours with wheres wally books, mind you he is slightly autistic so every day was a whole new adventure for him in those days. now hes 22 and behaving like a 16 year old so hes getting there slowly. :roll: :roll:
