Anyone else see the response from Zeta in relation to the incidents of racism the other night against the Gers? In a nutshell it is nothing to do with the club in any way, shape or form. The fans decided to do it.

Why doesn’t David Murray try that one? See how much clout it holds with the bigwigs?

I Agree. It’ll be interesting to see if Zeta get threatened with a ground closure or points deduction.

Rangers and Celtic are to be applauded for their stand. Only a very small minority are still singing these songs at games, and even that will cease soon.

In some parts of mainland Europe however there’s rampant Racism. Bottles and other stuff getting thrown onto the Pitch. Zeta should be hammered or else it’s one rule for some, and another rule for others.

Exactly BM. UEFA have to act. Why take action against a club like Rangers, and I don’t condone sectarian singing, who have initiatives in place but seemingly turn a blind eye to the same and worse happening elsewhere? As you pointed out, this sort of thing happens much more regularly elsewhere than it does on these shores.

It just gets better – now they’re claiming that Rangers fans should apologize for their ‘We are the people’ banner as it suggests that Zeta are not the people and are not part of civilization. FFS!! What’s next?

Complaining about Beasley for having the cheek to disrespect them by scoring a goal? Complaining about the fans (again) for cheering?

p.s Cousin has just scored on his Gers debut!!!
