Mine are for private showings only, to a strictly limited audience…limited to my partner

    My apologies, Jen.

I really didn’t mean to embarrass you.

    with respect, me

    I wasn’t really embarrassed

Once upon a time there was a running joke about my basque in F3…I think it was Filbert who took it away (in a chat room sense) for recupping and returned it with leather cups for durability…or so he said. I took his cardigan and burnt it.

Those were the days when you could have a banter with harmless innuendo in the room

    Sadly those days are gone….

Oh I remember that so well Jen! .. everyone getting on together….. doing the conga, some falling over into the river with their nightdresses on!

When I saw your post about the Basgue , it all came flooding back …. fgs don’t mention your stockings and suspenders!

Good ole Filbert and his cardigan … wonder what happened to him ….trying to think about who else it was too ..unfortunately the memory is not as good as it used to be – but did make me smile at the memory of it all.

It was Filbert, known as Dave then, and Tom, would come in and prop up the bar in their slacks and cardigans, chatting away like a pair of old men.

Funnily enough I was thinking of the conga night just after I posted that…Bad Man leading us, through the streets, into the fountain, across the park, dodging the dog poo and other unsavouries…it started with 3 or 4 of us with people thinking we were nuts, then slowly it gathered momentum until everyone joined in, we were all typing so furiously I felt like I’d actually done the conga by the end of it!

Do you remember the Ann Summers party night? Eeeeeh that karma sutra did my imagination in! Then there was the Mr JC night, when the guys did a beauty-type contest and the women judged…and HobNob and I shared an online birthday party for a couple of years cos our birthdays were so close together.

I doubt we could do anything like that now…different people, different times, different kind of fun. Ah the good old days… :D

And obviously not as many drugs

No drugs needed, just imagination and a sense of humour and an ability to type quickly :D

Thin told me how much he enjoyed seeing you in it too  (harmless banter)

Most of the men in the room at the time enjoyed “seeing” my basque, I’m told the leather cups were an improvement…I preferred the lace cups personally

Good attempt at deflection but not good enough.
